Everyday teaching can come with specific situations, personal questions, and problems not suited for broader group discussions. To address this, we offer consultation, individualized guidance, and coaching focused on your teaching-related queries and challenges.

Topics you can work on with our support:

• Constructive, solution-oriented approaches to conflict resolution
• Further development of your teaching concept
• Preparation for teaching demonstrations during hiring processes, e.g. in course of appointment lectures (Berufungsvorträgen) at German Universities.
• Establishing boundaries and defining rules in the classroom
• Teaching with heterogeneous groups
• Purposefully utilizing personal strengths in teaching
• Module and course development
